TAEN is a network of 250 member organisations with an interest in the age and employment agenda. TAEN’s members are drawn from across the labour market. They include employers of all sizes, recruitment agencies, colleges, training and research organisations, trades unions, law firms, advice agencies and community groups, public agencies and policy bodies, among many others. Members have the opportunity to network with others interested in age and employment issues and to influence government and other key policy makers. They receive invitations to the TAEN seminar series on different aspects of the age and work theme. We provide members with regular updates on topical issues, including demographic analysis, employment trends, skills policy, welfare to work reform, health and work, and age management strategies. We publish a respected quarterly newsletter for members, as well as a range of briefings and guides. For full information on the different types of membership and the benefits offered, click here.
